Failed to send rebate cards as agreed took $12.95 to join program which they did not refund. Rebate program was to be 12 months at $25.00 per rebate card they stopped the program after 12 months and paid about 1/3 of the rebates as agreed. This program was a promo from paragon motor club which sells auto repair insurance policies
