I had been hired By Jeff at Dr. Green Lawn Care and preformed aerations and over seeding. He would tell me to not do the job rite and to give inadequate amounts of seed for what the customer has bought, so yes he was telling me to rip these customers off. 3 weeks ago he fired me and told me the reasons was because I was not doing these jobs at all and this is a lie. My pay has not been rite since the first check I received and this last saturday I belive this is the last check he is sending me, it was $206.46 for 3 weeks worth of work, and this was very hard labor plus i was using my own truck and was promised a bonus for this. This is not a company that should be trusted. Please help me!!!
