At about 10:30 on the 22nd we received a phone call from a male claiming to be our foster grand son, who was being held in a Mexico City, and needed $ 3,500.00 for bail. Voice sounded like Chris, and answered family questions correctly. Money was sent at 3:12 EST and released at 5:05 EST. Money was not released to Christopher Miller, as directed
