I subscribed to Novel Network & paid $54.53 through PayPal who are refunding money but the transaction for GETSUPPORTSITE.com appeared on my Visa as stand alone transaction? I did not register for anything except supposedly $1.99 for Novel Network. I cannot find the company & believe Novel Network billed me direct from my Visa account as well as the PayPal payment I made
