I ordered Sony NEX-3K digital camera black with 18-55 lens as they advertised on their site. I paid for camera through greendot moneypak wich they cash on 9/26 but as of 10/9 they have not delivered the camera. They were going to send me ups tracking number next day i.E. On 9/28 I still havenot received ups tracking number after that i have called them on the number they gave me 1-866-220-3297 but all the time recording message played that customer care is not available at this time i also sent them few emails but no reply.
