Saw product on TV and ordered it at $9.99/ get 1 free. About 3-4 weeks later a package arrived with about 36 egg cups an 1 egg slicer. Called and complained and was told to return it for refund.

After several calls, refund showed on account today of $31.96.

We are senior citizens on a fixed income. Can you help.
