Company Refused Cancellation Instructions

LeanSpa n advertises that if you cancel in so many days, you will not be charged anything more than the $4.95 authorized.in fact, they have now intention of cancelling before charging your credit card. Their 'customer service' (LOL) does not respond to calls or emails. I called (was never able to talk with anyone) and emailed within the time frame stated. My credit card was charged anyway. I have had to cancel my card and start a dispute. Looking at the number of complaints, I cannot believe that a class action suit has not been started. They are nothing less than internet robbers.
