Borrowed money from a 71 year old

Leonard D. Grant borrowed $10,000 from me a retired lady and refused to pay me back. He says he was in troubIe with his mortgage and need the money or they would take his house. I told him I could not afford that kind of money but he beg and promise that he would pay it back within two month. It's been over five years now and he only paid me $800. Everytime, I called him, he doesn't answer the phone and when he does, he makes promise of paying me back but he doesn't come through. I am living off social security and can not afford to live. I am in great need of my money to help out. Can someone please help me to get my money back. I don't know what to do. He now pretends to be sick and says at he can't afford to pay me right now because he is on disability. He has a five bedroom house in Gwenette county by the golf court and drives a top of the line BMW and cliams he can't afford to pay me back. I need my money desparately and he won't give me the time of day.
