Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I recievied a postcard saying thank you for making your purchase from professional telservices. A pre-authorized draft in the amount of 59.90 was authorized on 4-13-04. I don't even know this company and i did'nt authorized anything for this company now I have overdraft charges because of this. What do I do now please help me.
