Informed by an email from Tiffany Ferguson in Jamaica (whose email IP was traced to Sunnyvale, California) I was approved for a loan but required it to be secured by either putting property up for collateral, pay the last 3 payments, or pay $350 for insurance on the loan. I paid the last 3 payments via Western Union. They then informed me that I would receive no money until the "perfect" loan was found or until I paid more money. I demanded my money be refunded to me and "Mr. Patterson" said I would have my money no later than 30 days from then (9/2). I never received the refund or a loan and they will not return my calls.
