Signed up for the $1 option to check a VIN. It didn't work so I called and got them to cancel the $1 charge - which they did - but I still needed to wait 2 day to cancel my main account which was the monthly. I called 2 days later to cancel the main account and got a confirmation number 43567 and still received a debit on my visa for $18.95

I tried to cancel after the $1.00 charge for free grant info, the tel no would not work. They then charged me for 39.90 and again fo 129.90. I had to cancel my bankcard to keep them out of my check acct
