I was charged a fee of $57.63 for them saying that I logged on to this site. I did not sign up for this but they just charged me a fee for going to their site. I did not use their services and had spoken to someone that called me and they said their services would cost $3,000 for promise of a grant and I told him that I did not want to do that and to cancel, but still I was charged.
