I purchased and prepaid via HomePerfect website for 2 corner pedestal sinks. The sinks arrived, 1 damaged and no pedestals for either sinks. I contacted the company and they indicated that the pedestal was not sold as part of the 'pedestal sink'. Together, the HomePerfect sale rep and I went to Home Perfect website; cut and paste the product number from my prepaid invoice; the picture and product description clearly include the pedestals. Christy concurred, but indicated in fact that the pedestals were not included; irregardless of what was on the website. Christy Landry did offer to sell me the pedestals that I had already prepaid for an additional $126.00. What a scam! Oh... Also, she indicated I could return the items for a 25% restocking fee plus shipping from CA to NY. Christy Landry was the sales rep and also indicated she was the manager. She would not let me talk to anyone else and said that there was not a manager above her and that the returns department was a no customer contact area.
