Cancelled and received my so called RMA# for refund of 2 months of unused supply. Have receipt from post office that they did receive. On 6/10 I was told by phone that a check was mailed and it would take 6-8 weeks. On 7/25 called again and said they would do a may "rebill" and that should take 6-8 weeks. It is now 10/4 and I called once again and they said they haven't gotten anything cleared from corp. And I would just have to wait... I could not get any other contact information so guess I have no choice but to wait... And now I am finding these sites, so I guess I should have known better this was a scam...
