Better Woman Shared my credit card information with other companies

I rarely use my credit card over the phone. I ordered something from this company and the next day two charges from different companies which I have never heard of charged on my credit card. The same two companies continued to charge me $19.95 each monthly! When I contacted the companies, they said the charges were valid because it was an authorized use of my credit card!
