Website looked genuine enough, suspicious after realising through bank statement online that money was taken by a chinese company. Tried to cancel payment unsuccessfully, tried to cancel order but their email link did not work, and there was no phone number to call. Boots arrived 15 days later - obviously not original but with no return address - how do i get my money back???
