Rip-off galore! Anyone know of a class action suit?

I mailed my $23.90 to communications publishing on 2-15-04 and never received the book. After finding them on the internet and getting a phone number I called and just got a recording blaming the postal service. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the hopes that I will get either my money back or the book. If anyone reading this received the book let me know if it is worth the money or should I just go after my money. Does anyone know of a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of all the people scammed? Let me know. Thank you and good luck to all of you in the same situation. I wish I only knew of this site before I sent my money.
