I reacted to their offer of a free trial for a product to help loose weight. All I had to pay was S&H which came to CA$ 2.91. I NEVER RECEIVED THIS TRIAL PRODUCT! On August 20th my MC was charged for the 1st shipment of My Health Offer, Inc for CA$ 81.22. Today I received a box from them in the mail. This is the very first product I have received from them. I had cancelled them and sent my complaint, and stated that any $ charged to my MC by them is NOT autorized by me. How do I get my $ back and make sure I do not get charged for more?

I do have proof of damages but do not know how to attach them.
Is it possible to fax it to you?
