Whatever you do, DO NOT write return to sender on non-authorized orders you wish to return. My husband contacted the Postmaster and after looking at the label on our unordered 2 month supply of Avlimil he said the way it is posted makes it UNRETURNABLE and the post office has no choice but to put it in the garbage! This makes the case for the rip-offers that you received the product. Personally, I very easily found Steve Warshak's home address in Ohio, using the white pages on my home page and I will be sending the product back that way,

Also, when I ordered my Free sample there was an option to order the free sample without enrolling in the managed care direct option. I chose this option, (made a screen print, Heh! Heh!) and they STILL stole my credit card number and charged me $70 the following month.

The strange thing is when they originally charged the $4.50 shipping it was in two amounts, $2.50 and $2.00 and I wonder if this is how they sleazed their way into gaining the $70 authorization. Well, I don't expect to get my money back, (although I did file a complaint with the Atty General's office in Ohio, easily done online) But, realizing the scam I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charge and they recommended I cancel the card and order a new one in oder to ensure no more charges could be made.

I think the name of this game is CYA, I only take comfort knowing eventually these scam artists get caught convicted and end up broke. I hope Steve and his wife enjoy their million dollar home in the suburbs of Cincinnati, because I can't wait to see Steve on COURTTV!
