In august i used their search service for $1.00 and cancelled the next day per their instructions if i did not want to continue. Now i see a charge for $18.95 dated 9/1 on my charge card. Their phone number just says they have no phone support, to go online... I have tried a dozen times... No website now!!! Rip-off!!!
