August 22nd I called to get a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to insure accurate processing of return merchandise. The return was mailed that day and I have the postal receipt to show proof. Today I received the charge on the credit card statement. The agent was very forceful and was insisting on making a deal when the call was made.
What is the way the correct this situation?
