I ordered on 7th September and the money was taken out of my account the same day. I did not receive the products until 17th September and on 21st September approx £120 was taken out of my account. I reported this to my bank and they say nothing can be done about it as I agreed to the terms and conditions and advised me to cancel it. I e-mailed the company to do this but the e-mail was returned!
