I bought there deal package and won several auctions, first win was August 28th, no prize received yet

Since then I have won several bids and recently received a Mario Watch and I Phone holder, both were absolute junk and my Jeweller says watch was a rip off and only fit to be sold as junk

I have tried to contact Fairdeal Complaints and after advisibg that if I did not receive my items by September 30, they would refund me, but now they simply do not respond to my request for a refund.

Is this a Scam??
