I paid for 4 custom wands for 4 young Harry Potter / Wizard fans. My kids and their cousins were so excited. After a few email exchanges, the first asking for more drawing information so they could be carved properly, all signed "Magix, " we stopped hearing anything. Over a month passed. Magix stopped responding to emails. Magix has my money, over a hundred dollars, but seems to be conning a customer base that would be largely made of children and other Harry Potter fans. My children still run to see if a package has arrived from this con artist. My younger child cried when they did not arrive the week he promised. Now I have to tell them we were ripped off. Their innocence is gone; this is their first experience being conned. Sad.
