I noticed a charge against my banking account with BB&T for $30.00 under the name of FUNDGUARDNT when I called the 888-403-4051 I spoke with a Bruce (Agent #3) who told me it as Funding Assurance located 1489 West Warm Springs Road, Henderson, Nevada. After he asked me my email address, phone number he assured me that the $30.00 would be refunded to my account. I notified my bank with a complaint on this company and disputed the charge the refund is still pending.

I have no idea who these people are but I am going to make a complaint to the FTC concerning them and I suspect other people who have had money removed from their account need to do the same. I think they are a scam company dinging peoples checking accounts without authorization racking up big dollars.
