Yes, did the same thing as what is stated. I looked up three car faxes and paid $3. I called to cancel and they said they would and gave me some #. Didn't look at the statement for 2 months and they are still charging me $18.95/mth. Called credit card to dispute. I'll let you know the results in 30 days.
