I ordered the trial and then, was charged for the item even before the 14-day trial period was up.
I repeatedly called the 800# listed on the invoice, but received a voicemessage about all agents were busy and to leave a voice message.
I also sent an e-mail to the no-reply box.
My next step is to notify my credit card company to let them know I am disputing any further charges.
