Very Happy UTS

I have had nothing but perfect service from UTS! Hold times are 5-20 minutes in my experience with the 2 service instances that I set up with them for my Proform 1200 eliptical. The ability to track my part number order via ups and the fact that they had the parts shipped the very next day after the phone call was a big plus. I'm not sure what all the complaints are all about here. My dealings with UTS have been excellent!
