Please Help Tina Webster For Her Medications

To Whom It May Concern,

A few weeks ago, there was an inmate, released to a halfway house in Birmingham, AL. The place is called Lovelady Center. As I go on, things start to sound fishy. Her Probation Officer told her she had to stay there for 6 months. Now hear this, she applied for SSI, they told her it will take around 6 months to get approved, once approved all the money goes to the Lovelady Center for Room and Board and what ever else. That means she don’t get any back money at all, just the center.in the mean time she has know money at all coming in, except from friends that she might no.

She told me that the prison was suppose to send her 30 day supply of medication to her and she’s a diabetic, she hasn’t received no medicine at all. Is that how we treat our inmates when they get out, know wonder they end back in prison, because nobody gives a damn, BUT I DO. I told to go to her Probation Officer and tell him that there’s family in San Antonio, TX that will take care of her and her needs. Right now, my spouse is in Tutwiler, I hope she gets out in Jan 12. I done put an investigation on the medical staff already. And the investigator that I had was outstanding, she help my wife and me, with her problem. If it keeps up, I’ll call her again to include the Senator which I done already. If I have to I’ll call my commander an chief, I’m retired from the Army. And Tina isn’t getting her medical supplies from that halfway house nor the prison.

I need somebody to get on the radio station and let them have it. If you want me to talk, I will, people needs to know what’s going on in the prison, they do have civil rights as people. Please give them help, there’s more inmates in the system, that don’t have anybody to help them. When I started to call the guards talk down to me like I was a dog, I remember this guards name for sure, seems like I get him all the time, he’s name is Freeman, and he’s an asshole, he needs to have a class in talking to people. I wish I was he’s Drill Sgt for a week.

Is there anybody out there that can help us? I think that center is taking advantage of those woman that came in for help.
