Asked the company to cancel the service; they did not. Then they ignored my emails to cancel the service. They advertised that you can watch a show through their program, when in reality it's a switch to another lineup of places you could simply go to to do the same but yet pay for another service.
Asked for help and they sent a response that was completely circular.
