Signal Insurance Ripoff LCC/C-work Solutions 100's of minorities low income workers older employees exploited harrased hostile work enviroment discrimination Customers ripped off Please help

C-Works Solutions/Signal Holdings, LCC lacks intergity. Employees have worked in a unsafe work enviorment, are exploited daily, harrased, improper layoffs, The latest, layoff of older employess, FMLA employees on leave with health issues, and higher paid employees, permant layoff, the next day temps were brought in.

Vacation was to be paid as per meeting with high level managers, cobra papers to be sent out.insurance was terminated one week later, no cobra papers, did not recieve vacation pay, and HR. Woman left company due to treatment of employees. Sexual harrasment issues, employees fired do to the managers like or dislike.

Team leaders told to watch certain employees, personal vandeta, the manager sexual harrased, myself and 2 other woman, went to outside manager, and HR, told them I just want to work, did not want to start a claim, 2 other woman also were there, having been effected also. Vacations, time off denyed depending on like or dislike, personal, Scott Wood supervisor, and Ben Benadict.

Favoritism, descrimination, harrasement, unsafe enviroment, most employees are older woman, hispanic women, low income, who need a job. I promise you that if we ran an add in the local newspaper of the employment practices of former employees, the numbers would be unbelivable. C-Work/Signal, relies on strong arm techniques, to isolate the person complaining, and terminating the empoyee, while making it look as if the victim, is in the wrong.

Company managment practices, are like raping people's souls. Unless you have worked there, or are currently empoyed there, people think that its an exageration, but believe me there are hundreds of people who could verify the accusations. How can these company's avoid punishment, the No-Fault law in pa, allows these exploitive people free rain to harm and destroys peoples sense of self, security, and financial securits.

Also the company rips off the customer, and the manufactures of the sell phones. Dog and pony show, being a certain way during tours, and give the customers, and manufactures, poor quality service, and support. Money making insurance company, exploiting employees, and consumers, left unchecked, not held accountable... Can anyone help us?
