Onlinemembershipservices.com false, unknown charges, not authorized

I failed to notice a monthly charge of 24.95 on my debit card, until today. The company is called: DRI*Value Plus Monthly or memberservices@onlinemembershipservices.com

They say i purchased something online and this came with the service. If I failed to cancel this service It would be automatically paid monthly. Only problem... I never knew about it, nor received any kind of info from them. They provided no service of any kind, except taking my money.

They did answer the phone. They told me they would stop the service and send me paperwork for a refund. But if I filed any complaints they would not refund my money. Well I don't like being scammed and from what I've seen on this site, i'm not the only one. I'll update this complaint "if" i get my refund.

Side note: this all started after I did business with birdtricks.com. That's a whole other story... Actually its very similar pattern for one of their (birdtricks.com) services that re-new monthly if you fail to cancel...
