Ripoff. Its been over a month. Phone service doesnt accept messages

I ordered 15 grams of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide approximently 1 month ago. I've sent them emails, at one point they said they would upgrade my shipping to 2 day. But still, they never sent it out. I never got a tracking ID to follow the order. And then 2 weeks later, on a follow up email, they said they are experiencing high volume of emails.

I call the phone number, but it is perpectually filled with messages. And recently I sent the email to them telling everything, when i ordered it, the receipt of the money order, them saying they'd upgrade to 2 day shipping.

Currently i am waiting on that response. They even have the balls to charge 15 dollars for shipping, which should go out in 1-5 days. But, nothing new is occuring, they keep trying to push it aside, like im sure they are doing to many other people. But things like this shouldn't happen.
