Ordered adventures in odyssey movies. Charges have been showing up for $12.95 and $9.95 since then. Bbv states we bought a membership. We did not. Called them and they will only take off 2 months of charges. Don't
know if they will even do that. How do i get the full amount back. We have our credit statements to prove it.
