Clicked on Website to apply for a small loan, was charged for a membership fee of 30.00, my account was debited without knowledge, this account is a Higher One college account (my account), they are not happy!!! I might be charged with a 50.00 overdraw penalty if not resolved, I have tried to straighten this out and have got the run around!!! I have memtioned this to Higher One (my account) and they have suggested to formally make a complaint which I am going to begin today.
