On Sept. 4th I saw an ad online to try the HCG diet for only $5.95. I went to the website to investigate. Being single, unemployed and living in poverty with an extremely limited source of income, I am etremely careful to not get involved in making a long-term agreement with any online company who is able to enter freely into my paltry checking account.

I received the product on or about Sept. 9th. It arrived in a box with no receipt of payment, no instructions or informational literature about the product and no information about what my relationship was with the seller!

I opened the bottle and took seven drops but because I had not received any information about HCG from the company, I felt uncomfortable about using it. I went online and researched HCG. I discovered some very disturbing facts and decided that I would not use it.

Yesterday, Sept. 19, while I was online with my checking account, I noticed that my account had been overdrafted because PureBiotix HCG had removed $89.95 from it. This morning I called to dispute their entry into my account. I spoke first with JULIA #5009 who refused to return my funds to my account claiming that I had an account with them. I refused to accept that because I never agreed for that company to take $89.95 from my account. Julia said that I had agreed to PureBiotix HCG doing that — She didn't say how often and under what conditions. I have no idea what the terms are of this agreement julia said i made. They could enter my account for the next 30 days and remove $89.95 every single day as far as I know.

Julia hung up on me when she tried to read the terms and conditions of my alleged agreement and I refused to listen, holding the phone away from my ears and calling her stupid and fraudulent. When I saw that I had been "hung-up" on, I called back and spoke with SYLVIA, #5057, who claimed to be a supervisor. The discourse between us was hot and bitter. When Sylvia refused to return my funds to my account and I got angry and loud, she hung up on me.

I have been scammed and intend to consult with the Atty General's office about this company.in the meantime, I don't have this kind of money to blow. I just don't have it!
