We signed up for a vacation package offered by my way vacations while we were on vacation in mexico. We were told we would receive an email within 2 weeks to give us our customer number so we could begin using our membership vacation offers. We receved no email. I called the home office several times and was always placed on hold. Several times i was told they would return my call as soon an agent was available. No call was ever returned. This company is a complete fraud.
