I was approved for a loan of $10,000, but needed to send money to Spain. The $10,000 was to be deposited into my account, buy was never deposited. I called Neil Quinn, whoe stated Keith Harrington was in the office. I then called Keith Harrington several times, left voice messages, but he never returns my call. How are these people allowed to pull scams on millions of hard working citizens is a big mystery. People are depending on money that is promised for various reasons, but instead hard earned money is taken from them.
