Saw the ad on Facebook so naively thought it would be safe. Placed an order which was accepted, as was payment. Cannot track the order with the number given on the website and the site won't allow me to email to cancel my order. After reading negative reviews I today contacted my bank to stop payment but have been advised that banks cannot stop debit card transactions even in the event they are fraudulent transactions. Be warned - consumers have zero protection!!!
