This company offered a free tour on Orlando, then after i submited to this special offer they called me to say that it has some charges for taxes and others. So I decided to take just one package but they charged me on my credit card twice.
Nobody has called me to apologize, just sent mails to ask me for an acceptting letter and tha copy of my ID. I´m afraid they had used the letter I sent to them asking for a refund, sometimes they can fake them.
This was on May and still I´m waiting for a solution.
