My stack washer/dryer wasn't working. He came out and told me it was the timer and took the dial that turns the washer on with him. After five calls to them and never a return call, I had another company come out and it cost me over $200 and the problem was not the timer. I have asked them to return the dial because it's very difficult to turn it without the handle and they claim they did not take it. Anyway they are horrible both with product knowledge and customer service.
