Harassing Phone Calls

These people have been calling us for the past few weeks every day, sometimes twice a day including Sundays. I have answered the phone twice (to tell them to stop harassing us) but there was no one on the line! What are these people doing? We are on a do not call list and find this offensive and invasive and do not want harassing phone calls from anyone. Actually I WOULD like to donate to them. I would like to give them a free ticket to outer space.
