Recovery America Ohio Unpaid overtime, Abusive. And dont question the general manager or the police are comming

I know in these hard economic times many are searching for a jobs, but please save yourself ALOT of heartache and DO NOT seek employment at Recovery America there is a long list of former employees that will tell you if you do you will work long hours in unsafe conditions with little or no support from management and what do you get for all your hard work? Minimum wage 120 hours of it. Minus the federal law required time and half after 40 (or 80 if you concider its bi weekly).. Benifits? Well you may be told some grand things, but its all crap. Ofcourse you may say, just take your concerns and questions to the Owner/Manager (I use Manager because it is his title, but I dont believe he has the ability to actually "Manage") well if you do voice you concerns he'll most likely scream obsenities at you and call his attorney. Oh, and it is possable that someone may rummage through you vehicle while your not around and if that person finds something they like, think you cant afford or just plain "believe" is theirs, well then you'll be arrested for possessing. Your own property! Sounds Outragus, unbelieveable right? I must just be a "discruntaled" employee. Then go ahead and go to work for them. Just dont ever quit, because even that simple solution to a bad job backfires, because you be accused of every flat tire, broken whatever, missing whatever, insect bite, bad smell, ect, ect, you name it... For YEARS to come. And yes the local police will be contacting you for a statment on your possible involvment in these serious matters.
