On 8/8 2011 i checked our account 300.00 was taken out of our account which was not authorized to do so. I call my bank and they gave me the number and it took me over a hour to get through, but finally i did. The girl said the order was cancel and i would receive my money with in 7 to 12 days and it still have not receive it. I call every two days and they keeps saying wait two more days. So finally i have threatened them with our attorney and the attorney general office. It still doesn"t seem to bother them.
