Miscellaneous

I responded to a message from Frostwire.com concerning a settlement agreement stemming from a lawsuit. I signed up on iFree Club and used paypal to pay shipping costs for two "free" items. After waiting for delivery for longer than promised, I inquired through email with this:

To: sales@ifreeclub.com
Subject: How do I contact a representative.

From: Daniel Savoie

I joined iFree Club on 5/28 and was told I would receive my 2 items within 4 to 8 weeks. To date, it has been 13 weeks and I have gotten no indication that anything is in process. Please advise as to why I have not gotten anything.

This was their response:

Dear Customer,

Thank you again for joining iFree Club. The approximate shipping date is the week of August 22nd to August 26th.

We will contact then when your order ships.

It has now been 17 weeks without any items, so I have been scammed as well. It may not be a great deal of money, but it's my money and Mr. Clarkson stole it from me. If I'm ever up in Toronto I will go to 3128 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M4N 2K6 and pay Mr. Clarkson a visit and get $39.95 worth of satisfaction.
