Parked our car at their lot. 2011 Civic went away to come back and find damages. Wanted to file the claim there and was told go home and file it. Did on August 2, then was told they never got the info, emailed everything again. Followed up on Sept. 7—still they could not find the info. Today on Sept. 13 was told to prove the damage was not there when we parked it. They offered a parking pass for a day which Mr. Firgano thought was a generous offer, and told me he had to cut the call short he had to leave. He claims there are too many people out to rip them off. So watch your backs&he will screw you. That is a given
