Ordered bras on 8/1, product was not delivered as of 9/13. The internet site has listed my order as "in process" since order, not helpful. Paid for long distance call (why no toll free # listed on web site?) to inquire. Given a run around, the call was streached out (to run up a charge?). A woman with a strong accent (India?) said "they are on back order" and "this rarely happens, usually, it takes about 2 weeks" and "they should ship out by the end of the month"... We will see.in any event, if it does ship out at the end of the month, with shipping time (I get the feeling that they will get the most of their $25! Shipping fee by sending it by the slowest company in the country) it might arrive in mid October, 2 1/2 months after the order. I find this an unacceptable delay of delivery
