Believed the ad: 1) Helpful supplement to diabetics&this product can only add to your blood sugar level increases and is very harmful to diabetics.
2) Followed the "pitch." 30 day money back guaranted w/return of product. Returned product immediately upon receipt after checking ingredients&I am a diabetic. Paid shipping and handling. I am being charged $99.96 after being reassured by "many" of their cust. Serv. Rep's. That the automatic reorder process was cancelled because I had returned the product and paid s/hand & there would be no further charges. You can not get a hold of the same rep. You're told that there is not a rep.By that name and the cycle goes on and you're continually being charged for a product that will only harm diabetics. This is a serious health issue and should not be a scam issue.
Don't be taken in&this is a scam&it is a process to get them to return your money (and you don't even have the product.)
Do Not call the number over the television, they only take your money, they refer your complaint to the cust. Svc # 1-800-249-0574, m-f 8a/8p EST, sat 9a/1p EST.
