On 21st. August I ordered 30 DAY 'free' trial samples of Pro-action Acai, Hoodia and Herbal Cleanse for which I paid postage (as requested) of £4.98. Un-noticed by myself I have been told that if a cancellation is not made before the 14th. Day then charges would be made to accounts without notice. These amounted to £112.50 (£37.50 each item) which I would never have known about had I not checked my bank account on that day. I honestly cannot say that I saw what the cost would be should I not be satisfied with the free samples. I telephoned Pro-action only to be told that no way would I get this money refunded and even if I sent the items back (I have not yet tried them, they are still completely intact) I still would NOT get any money back. I was told on the 'phone rather abruptly 'it is your own fault you chould not have sent for them'! I did get an AUTOMATED acknowledgement of an email which I sent on 5th. September stating that it would take 'up to 72 hours to reply' and here we are, 7 days later with still no reply. I feel cheated and overcharged and made to feel foolish by this - can you help me please?
