It is 2011 and these people have not been stopped yet? What is Publishers Clearing House doing to protect the victims of this crime?
Myself, now a victim because I foolishly thought it is was Publishers Clearing House for real and that it was only $11.89 to win One Million Dollars... Then they kept sending me mail saying that I had to pay the same $11.89 over and over again... Like every week almost! Even when I refused to respond they kept sending me mail... Then tempting me with Two Million Dollars, to just pay $13.89.
It was the final notice with 'Offer Fees' of $64.89 for the Two Million Dollar Prize that really set me off and I decided to check the validity of these people... And there they were... Ripe off! Since 2008!
Do not be a victim or foolish like me... And now I keep reading over and over again their line...
